Up to December 31, 2018, the annual passenger flow of Qinzhou East Railway Station reached 5.132 million, of which passengers dispatched were 2.57 million, up 23.1% year-on-year; while passengers arrived were 2.562 million, up 19.4% year-on-year. In particular, on April 18 during the “San Yue San" holiday, the station dispatched a total of 11,400 passengers a day, setting a record high.
In 2018, in order to satisfy the passengers' need for pleasant travel experience, the station has continuously improved passenger transportation facilities, refined services and enhanced the quality of passenger transportation services. For example, in order to improve the efficiency of ticket purchase, during the peak time of holiday, it has opened the green channel for ticket purchase in 20 minutes before the dispatch of the train; in regards to the increase of tourists from ASEAN countries, the station has also made transfer reminder cards and inquiry cards in Chinese, English, Japanese and Malaysian which are placed at the service desk in the waiting room to provide convenient access to train ride information for foreign tourists.
